We here at Loon are incredibly proud of our award-winning terrain parks. Studded with meticulous features that push the envelope of progression, those parks have earned a reputation for excellence among snowboarders and freeskiers around the world.
But it didn’t start out that way. Back in the 1980’s, snowboarders were required to pass a skills test before they were allowed on the mountain. Ski Patrol would confiscate your ticket if you jumped off of anything. Neon reigned supreme.
